a little April....and a little May

Here is a snapshot of the end of our school year.  Avery finished 5th grade and Alexandra 7th.

Avery receives her 6th and final Bobcat award .

Avery performing at Ms. Marie's MONSTER Concert at Southtown Mall.  It's always impressive to see all of her students playing in sync on 10 pianos.

Alexandra bought each of the performers a treat.

Next up - dance recital.  This was our first year at the Jennifer Hansen Premier Dance Company - it was impressive - especially the finale!  Avery REALLY loved the instruction and the new friendships she made - I think we finally found our "dance home".

We also got to see Alexandra perform.  Unfortunately my pictures from during the show were horrible and blurry.  Alexandra rocked it with her band playing "Cool Kids".  The whole family came out to support her!
